“ Seen the open sign on couldn’t find hours. Opened the door to ask and the chef offered to cook for us on our date night. They stayed open and cooked an amazing meal with awesome service, portions were goof, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. You guys made our date night awesome thank you we will be back for sure! “ I went to Gus and Guido’s Backyard today for dinner as part of Tricity Foodie Ninja’s monthly dinner. This was my first time going there and I truly enjoyed my food . For appetizers I had saganaki which was flambéed tableside and for main course I had chicken souvlaki . I couldn’t eat it so I packed my main course for tomorrow’s lunch . I also learned today that the owner Steve cooks on thanksgiving and Christmas gives out meals for free who is in need . What a fantastic thing to do and I happen to chat with Steve while I was leaving . I truly felt like I was invited to his home. I can’t wait to go there again with my partner . A true gem with yummy food and great atmosphere. ”

There was a slight mishap with the seating and they asked us to switch tables before we got our meal. We had no issues moving as they were very polite and apologetic. They gave us a free dessert for the accommodation, and when they found out I was pregnant, they gave us another free dessert to take home. I would recommend this place to anyone and I’m looking forward to going back! ”
